Bicycles

Bicycles are welcome at a $5 fee.

Bus Transfers

Included with purchased tours. Taxis available on call in both Skagway and Haines.

Charters

Charters are available, please call 888-766-2103 or email us at reservations@hainesskagwayfastferry.com for more information.

Courier Service

$5 to transport envelopes between Haines and Skagway.

Dock Locations

142 Beach Road, Haines, Alaska. Skagway small boat harbor.

Food Service

Coffee, tea, bottled water, hot chocolate available for purchase on board.

Kayaks

$25 to transport kayaks between Haines and Skagway.

Lost & Found

In main office at 121 Beach Road, Haines call 907-766-2100.

Parking

Free parking across the street from the Haines-Skagway Fast Ferry dock in Haines.

Rafts

$25 to transport rafts between Haines and Skagway.

Pets

Pets are welcome on our catamarans, either in animal carriers or on a leash on the upstairs outside deck.

Smoking

Our vessels are non-smoking.

Vessel Information

Crew
Minimum of 3 crew members-Coast Guard licensed Captain, Engineer/Deckhand, Naturalist/Passenger Service Coordinator.

Accommodations

Upper and lower deck. Upper open deck space for completely unobstructed viewing. Comfortable upholstered seating to 150 passengers. Expansive windows, both sides and forward, for virtually unobstructed viewing. Galley with beverage and snack service. Three restrooms (one handicapped accessible). Fully climate controlled. PA system through out.

Wheelchair/Handicapped Access

Wheelchair accessible catamarans, golf cart available in Haines for assistance on the dock. There is an extra wheelchair available on each vessel.
